VPN for Instagram: check your feed, Reels and uploads

Start with a profile and post you recognize. Refresh the feed, play a Reel beyond the first few seconds and open a Story. A previously viewed image may be cached, so use newly loaded content for the comparison. Keep the same network and account during the first test.

Uploading and watching use different directions of your internet connection. A network may download quickly while struggling to send a large video. Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data on the same device and keep the file unchanged. Check whether the operating system has allowed access to the photo or video you selected.

If one file fails, inspect its size and the error Instagram displays before retrying. Keep the original and any draft. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same post while the previous attempt is unresolved, and check your profile before sending it again.

On iPhone or Android, open Instagram's website in the browser on the same connected phone. On a computer, run BratVPN on that computer before testing the website. A working browser suggests that some access is available, but does not establish that every app feature or upload path works.

Update the official Instagram app, close it and reopen it. Save unpublished photos, videos and draft text before considering sign-out, clearing app data or reinstalling. Do not replace a connection problem with a lost-draft or account-recovery problem.
